DIESEL & LPG-PETROL Range
Diesel and LPG-Petrol Range
The Mitsubishi Forklift Truck range can do almost anything…
Mitsubishi’s range of forklifts respond to forklift truck operators need for both comfort and convenience as well as to owners demands for high productivity.
Top-of-the-class lift speeds.
The lift system provides top-of-the-class lift speed to respond to operators’ needs for higher working efficiency.
The hydraulic control system maintains a constant lowering speed regardless of the load on the forks.
Mitsubishi S4Q2/S4S Diesel – the first ever forklift engine designed to meet the specific power demands of forklift operation. Exceeds European Union (EU) Tier-two Emission Regulations.
Full-floating power train reduces operator fatigue.
The power train and engine, which are the largest source of vibration in a lift truck, are completely “floated” from the body with vibration-absorbing rubber mounts. This feature isolates the operator from vibration, allowing him to keep working at high efficiency for more hours per day, with less fatigue. The rubber mounts have been exclusively developed by Mitsubishi through its continuing research in the quest for a low noise, low vibration structural design.
High visibility mast.
The Panorama mast – with two lift cylinders placed behind mast channels for protection and an uncluttered view – allows the operator to accurately position a load and easily see what’s ahead, upward and downward.
Innovative instrument panel.
The non-glare instrument panel is angled toward the operator for easy, quick reference. All operating instruments are easy to read and use easy-to-remember ISO standard symbols. The self-diagnostic monitor allows the operator to constantly monitor machine functions, and light-emitting diodes alert him to any malfunction. The panel is illuminated.
High air intake.
Intake air is drawn in high above the ground to extend filter life.
High-efficiency cooling system.
The fan is located on the engine side of the radiator. This arrangement keeps the radiator clog-free, provides ample cooling and helps maintain an optimum heat balance for most productive lift truck performance in all weather.
Mitsubishi’s new forklift features Integrated Presence System that actively reduces the risk of accidents.
A large display is centrally located, behind the steering wheel within line of sight of the operator. The combination of the new LCD monitor, gauges and alarm lights provides all information necessary for the operator and service engineer. If a breakdown occurs, the self-diagnostic system shows an error code on the LCD display identifying the cause.
Mast and Traveling Interlock System
Mitsubishi Forklift seats are equipped with a unique interlock switch. When the operator leaves the seat, this seat switch is activated and the operation of the mast and shifting transmission of the vehicle (automatic transmission type) will be locked. This is the safety system of the next generation of forklifts and gained from Mitsubishi’s experience in the forklift industry over the past 10 years.
* it does not mean brakes are automatically applied during Travelling Interlock. Truck will still move on slopes due to gravity.
Neutral Safety Start System
The FNR lever has to be in Neutral position before the engine can be started. This prevents the unexpected “jack-rabbit” start.
High Mounted Rear Combination Lamp The rear combination lamp is mounted on the upper rear cross bar of the head guard for improved visibility by surrounding workers or other operators.
Lift Lock System
Mitsubishi’s new Lift Lock System prevents the mast from lowering when the lift lever is operated and the engine is off. This prevents potentially dangerous situations.
Rigid Frame With Low Center Of Gravity
The completely new designed frame withstands the most severe and harsh conditions.
